Perfion integrates Product Information Management 100% into Microsoft Dynamics™ AX solutions, and works directly with live up-to-date ERP information, such as prices, inventories etc. You can work directly with Perfion inside the Microsoft Dynamics™ AX application, where you will be able to:

Release to AX

The life of a product usually starts long before it is needed in the ERP system Dynamics AX. Maybe you will never want it in your ERP system because you decide not to sell the product anyway. During the process of evaluating new products you often need a place to store a lot of product information.

With the Perfion Release to AX module, makes it fast and easy to configure a release process whereby products can be released to Dynamics AX automatically when they meet defined criteria. Required fields in AX can be either automatically filled or a process is started in AX to establish business critical information.

Master Data Management

All product data from Perfion is also accessible from within Dynamics AX. For some business data it is critical that they are stored in certain ways in Dynamics AX for optimal performance. You can either:

• Use Perfion to link data live from Dynamics AX
• Use Perfion as Master Data Source to keep Dynamics AX up-to-date
